Squeaking is usually caused by lack of lubrication, to fix this we recommend not using WD-40 but rather a silicone lubricant on any moving parts including rollers, hinges, and pulleys we also recommend spraying your springs down to prolong the life of them. Q. When I close my garage door it only goes down a little bit or almost all the way and then it stops and opens itself, what can I do to fix this?

Q. My garage door will not close all the way and the overhead lights flash, what is wrong?
A. If your overhead lights blink 10 times and your door will not close then there is an issue with your safety beams on the bottom of the door track, you can check these eyes by making sure both indicator lights on the eyes are on solid and not dim. If the lights are not on solid then you can try to adjust the eyes until the lights go on bright. Also make sure there are no debris on the bottom of your door. Q. I have a broken spring on my garage door, should I have both springs replaced?

A. On average we complete all of our installs within 2 to 3 weeks from the time of order.
